Mandeur
For partners

Your relationships, our mandates, a fair share.

We work with people who already hold trust with buyers in our regions. You bring the door, we bring the product, the paperwork and the payment.

Roles

Three ways to work with us.

Introducer

Open the door

You introduce us to a decision maker and register the opportunity. You receive a share of commission on that deal and a smaller recurring share in later years.

Closer

Carry the deal

You lead the opportunity locally through procurement and negotiation with our support and the supplier's team. Your share reflects the work.

Country partner

Own a territory

You represent our mandates in a country or region, build the local introducer network and report through our system. The largest share, and a path to earned equity for those who build the firm with us.

Rules

Simple rules, kept without exception.

  • A written agreement before the first meeting. No handshake deals.
  • Every opportunity is registered with us before it is worked. Registration protects your share.
  • Your share is calculated on the gross commission we receive. A supplier's retainer offset never reduces it.
  • Payment within fourteen days of the money reaching us.
  • An anti-corruption declaration and a short training before you start. No payments of any kind to public officials, by you or by anyone you bring in.
  • Breach ends the agreement immediately and without payment. We would rather lose a deal than a licence to operate.
Building the firm

Earned equity for key partners.

Country partners who build a territory with us can earn into a share of the company through a pool reserved for that purpose, vesting over time and tied to results. It is how we intend to grow: with partners who own what they build, not with a payroll of employees far from the buyer.
