You built the product. We open the market.
Within sixty days of signing you have named target accounts and first qualified meetings. From there we carry the opportunity to signature with your team.
What you get under a mandate.
Named accounts and first meetings within sixty days
A list of target accounts with the decision makers and the procurement route for each, and the first qualified meetings arranged through people the buyer already trusts.
Execution to signature
Demos, pilots, tender preparation, evaluation support and negotiation, run with your technical and commercial team through local partners who stay accountable to us.
A compliance pack your legal team can approve
Sub-agent agreements, documented payments, sanctions screening and anti-corruption undertakings, structured to meet the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act.
Monthly reporting
By the fifth of each month: pipeline with stages and weighting, meetings held, next steps, risks and what we need from you.
The suppliers we work best with.
- Security, defence and government technology, or infrastructure technology where public procurement shapes the sale.
- A product proven in at least one home market with references we can call.
- Willingness to invest in the market: demo capability, a named technical contact, local pricing.
- Contract sizes from the mid six figures upward, or recurring revenue with a multi-year horizon.
- An internal compliance function, or the willingness to adopt ours.
If your product is consumer-facing, sold mainly online, or competes only on price, we are probably not the right partner and will say so early.
From first call to mandate.
- First conversation. Product, markets you have in mind, results at home, what has been tried before.
- Market read. Within two weeks we come back with our honest view: which territories we can open, through whom, and roughly how long it will take.
- Term sheet. Territory, exclusivity, retainer, commission and support, on our standard structure.
- Mandate. Signature, kick-off with your team, and the sixty-day plan starts.
Tell us about your product.
Three things are enough to start: what it is, where it has won, and where you want it to win next.
