What we process and why
Contact form. Name, email address, company, the topic you select and the message you write. We process these to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a business relationship, to prepare and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider and are kept for as long as the enquiry or the resulting relationship requires, and no longer than three years after the last contact.
Website hosting. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google's servers.
Recipients
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email providers, and, where an enquiry concerns a specific supplier we represent, that supplier, to the extent needed to respond. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or the supervisory authority of your residence.
